Icons have been added to the Characters page. Events and calendar items are going to be moved over to this site from edrp.guildlaunch.com, as requested by the owner. This should be complete before the end of the weekend.

Construction is well under way. The general theme is now complete with an appropriate header and badge but I'm not yet 100% satisfied with the layout. Unfortunately, Wikia has some restrictions with the navigation bar so I will not be able to add any more level 1 links... What you see is what you get, at least until I figure out a better solution.
There is still a lot of work to be done on the back end, particularly with Categories and getting them tested. Main pages need to be heavily configured to look pretty and function well.

Emerald Dreaming is administrated by Ashmoure on her own free time. Over the years she has seen several wikis such as these become outdated as web admins leave for greener pastures. Luckily she has done her best to create the wikia in a way where the admins will need to have very little control over the site itself, other than for basic maintenance and cleanup.
Because of this, this particular wikia has been developed with a strong emphasis on Categories. Many of the navigation links point to Category pages. Very few "pages" are actually managed or updated by admins. Instead, the site is designed so that important information (Characters, guilds, groups, events, etc) will always be up to date so long as the users categorize their pages. If users do not tag their wikis with Categories, their pages will not appear in the correct repositories. However if used correctly, this site will be able to be managed completely by users until the end of time!
Admins will mostly be around for clean-up and introducing new features. You may request a feature to be added, but keep in mind that the admins will only add features that work well with Categories. This is to once again prevent the site from becoming unusable should an admin need to take a break. If a feature requires too much maintenance or upkeep, it will not be introduced.
